Architectural Committee maintains property values by keeping the land and structures in accordance with the covenants, conditions, and restrictions established in the governing documents.

 

Landscaping Committee advises and assists the Board of Directors by promoting, preserving and enhancing the appeal of common areas by encouraging the highest level of beautification.

 

Maintenance Committee assists the Board of Directors in overseeing and maintaining the quality and integrity of the maintenance work being completed in the community. 

 

Welcoming Committee greets new homeowners and introduces them to the community. The committee will provide copies of the HOA policies, procedures, rules, and regulations, they can also supply information about the area in general. This could include information about the school district, transportation, shopping, restaurants, and more.
